Not just for Burgers!

The best ground meat there is!
I use it for chili and any Italian dish: Lasagna, baked penne pasta and simple spaghetti. Yummy

Ground bison is the best for making burgers. It requires no seasoning (from my viewpoint) and is great all by itself!
