We offer true Wild Boar from Florida and Alabama where they run wild destroying crops and farmers fences. We professionally trap them and both harvest & process them under USDA inspection and Fish & Wild Life transportation guidance and licensing. We only process 80 to 150 lb animals in order to maintain a consistent wild boar nutty pork flavor.
Their Diet
Wild Boar are also referred to as feral wild hogs and roam through farms dieting on a variety of natural foods including fresh planted seeds, nuts, roots, berries & fruit as well as acorns, wild greens and mushrooms.

All of Blackwing’s wild boar are de-wormed and quarantined for 90 days. Blackwing is the only producer that has the USDA test for pesticides, antibiotics and trichinella at every time of processing.
