Wild Boar Tenderloins
Our Tenderloins are very low in fat and should never be over cooked or could cause dryness in the meat. Tenders vary in size but you will receive approx 8 oz of muscle. 150 degrees is recommended internal temperature for a juicy, tender preparation. Searing, roasting or grilling all work well. Both our Executive Chef signature sauce or Mango/coconut marinate will create an award winning preparation.
