
All natural, pasture raised, bone-in beef rib eye is also known as cowboy steak or the export rib. We hand cut a 16 oz steak about 1" thick leaving a small bone attached to create a wonderful, juicy, full tasting flavor. Always very tender, delicious, and large enough to fulfill a big appetite.
