Ingredients:
- 1 clove garlic, finely minced
- 2 tbls. finely chopped onion
- 1 tsp. olive oil
- 1 pound ground ostrich meat
- 1/2 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
- 1 tsp. salt
Preparation: Season liberally with salt, pepper and Blackwing Grilling Seasoning
Cooking: Prepare pan with 1 tsp virgin olive oil and pan fry - high heat, sear 2 minutes each side. Set oven at 350 degrees and bake for another 2 minutes. This will plump up the internal part of the meat which will result in a juicy burger. Total cook time is 6 minutes.
Serving: Serve immediately
