Cooking: Cook pub burgers to your desired done-ness (Raw, Medium, Well done). If pub burger is kept at original thickness, sear both sides on high heat, 2 minutes each side. Continue on a medium heat and cover (aluminum foil) for an additional minute each side.
Another way to cook:
To increase diameter, compress pub burger with a spatula, which will reduce the thickness of the pub burger. Cooking time will be less.
For an additional exciting grill mix, see our new line of Stuffed Organic Berkshire Pork Brats: Mushroom & Swiss, Wild Rice and Cranberry, Sweet Chili, and Onion & Green Pepper
Grill brats on indirect heat 3 mins each side (all 4 sides) for a total cooking time of 12 minutes.
Serving: Serve with any of the above toppings and condiments!
