Our Favorite Cooking Methods: Skillet - Heat skillet on high heat. Add meat and sear 2 minutes on each side, then bake @ 350 degrees until desired wellness. Cover & Bake - Preheat oven to 250 degrees. Baste meat with sweet butter, olive oil or other preferred preparation. Cover and bake 35 minutes per pound. Internal temperature should be 125-135 degrees Fahrenheit. Grill - Sear meat for 2 minutes per side with a high flame. Lower flame and cover 3 minutes per side or to desired wellness.
