1 lb ground Bison
3/4 cup Italian Style bread crumbs
3 tsp Sea Salt
2 tbsp olive oil or sweet butter
Preparation: Thoroughly mix 1 lb of ground Bison with 3/4 cup of seasoned bread crumbs. Form mixture into balls approx. 1 inch in diameter. Cooking: Add olive oil, sea salt and finely ground pepper in skillet over medium heat. Place Buffalo balls into skillet and cook until outside is golden brown, stirring occasionally to brown balls evenly. Serving: Be creative - Serve over pasta, with or without sauce or simply serve solo as appetizers.
