Preparation: Vegetable & Fruit Toppings:
Spinach (Cooked or Raw)
Grilled Zucchini or Eggplant
Sauces & Condiments:
Mustard (Dijon or Regular)
Horseradish or Horseradish Mayonnaise
Ranch or Caesar Dressing
Freshly Made Salsa
Blackwing's Organic Berkshire Bacon made with a hint of Clove & Cinnamon
Gouda (smoked or regular)
Soft Goat Cheese
Blue Cheese (incl. Roquefort and Gorgonzola)
Monterey Jack or Pepper Jack
Freshly Ground Pepper
Shredded or Crumbled Cheeses
Chopped Onions, Peppers, or Garlic
Toasted Sesame Oil
Fresh Herbs & Spices
Cooking: Cook pub burgers to your desired done-ness (Raw, Medium, Well done). If pub burger is kept at original thickness, sear both sides on high heat, 2 minutes each side. Continue on a medium heat and cover (aluminum foil) for an additional minute each side. Another way to cook: To increase diameter, compress pub burger with a spatula, which will reduce the thickness of the pub burger. Cooking time will be less.
