Our Tenderloins are very low in fat and should never be over cooked or could cause dryness in the meat. 150 degrees is recommended internal temperature for a juicy, tender preparation. Searing, roasting or grilling all work well. Both our Executive Chef signature sauce or Mango/coconut marinate will create an award winning preparation.
