Cooking Time: 4 minutes
Preparation: Thaw Meat
Mix the ground chicken, onion, garlic, taco seasoning and egg together in a bowl until thoroughly blended. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Pre-heat skillet.
Cooking: In a skillet on top of medium-high heat stove, melt 2 tablespoons of grapeseed oil with 2 tablespoons of organic sweet butter. Place chicken mixture into skillet, continually and gently stirring this mixture only with a fork until meat is crumbly. Cook the chicken until meat is no longer pink and juices run clear, approximately 4 minutes.
Serving: To serve, portion out the amount of chicken mixture. Using a spoon, insert the chicken mixture into each taco, top with a slice of cheese, avocado slices, and desired amounts of jalapeno peppers and salsa.
