It was pretty fatty and good. I used it to make ramen, bahn mi, pickled pork belly, and I will use it for char siu as well

I have used these bellies from Black Wing three times now for my bacon. A tremendous cut, nicely combo of actually meat and fat. This not a cut that is mostly fat. Very pleased. Buying more today!
