Servings: 1 LB. =4-6 servings
- Garlic, Pepper, Salt
Preparation: Simmer the tongue in water until pink or about 50 minutes per 1 lb. of tongue. Remove from water & let rest until cool to handle. Peel the skin off of the tongue, trim any gristle, and cut into thin strips or bite size chunks. Refrigerate or place on favorite bread for a sandwich. add to vegetables as a stir fry.
