Grilled Organic Beef London Broil
Description: Organic Beef London Broil with Executive Chef Marinade
- 1 1/2lb Organic Beef London Broil
- Bottle Executive Chef Marinade
- Sea Salt and Fresh Cracked Pepper (to taste)
- 1-2 Red Potatoes peeled per person cut length wise
- 1 stick Unsalted Sweet Butter (melted) or 1 cup Grape Seed Oil
- 1/4 cup Red Wine or Tequila (optional)
- 1/2 Lemon
Preparation: Preparation of Potatoes: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Using a shallow roasting pan, set oven rack placed in the middle of your oven. Place the potatoes on roasting pan. Drizzle 1/2 stick melted Unsalted Sweet Butter or 1/2 cup Grape Seed Oil over potatoes. Squeeze 1/2 fresh lemon over potatoes and bake for 40 minutes.
Preparation of London Broil: Pour 1/2 bottle of Executive Chef Marinade directly on the roast along with 1/2 stick melted Unsalted Sweet Butter or 1/2 cup Grape Seed Oil. Evenly sprinkle sea salt and fresh cracked pepper all over the London Broil. Drizzle the 1/4 cup of Red Wine or Tequila (optional) over London Broil if you wish to add with marinade. Leave overnight in plastic bag or stainless steel container.
Cooking: Grilling Preheat the grill to 350 degrees F. Turn London Broil 9 minutes per side (4 sides). Total cook time 36 minutes. For a rare London Broil, internal temp should reach 125 degrees F. For a medium rare London Broil, internal temp should reach 135 degrees F. For a medium London Broil, internal temp should reach 150 degrees F.
Serving: Allow meat to rest for 5 minutes prior to serving.
