  • 4 Organic Chicken Breasts
  • 1 stick organic sweet butter or 1/3 cup grapeseed oil
  • 3 tbsp. fresh shallots, minced
  • 3 tbsp fresh squeezed lemon juice
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup Tamari sauce
  • 3/4 cup Mango juice
  • 1/4 cup fresh chopped pineapple

Preparation: Place breasts in a large Ziploc bag. In a bowl, combine all ingredients. Pour marinade over chicken breasts in the Ziploc bag and seal. Marinate in refrigerator 4-6 hours turning bag occasionally. When ready to grill, remove breasts from bag, drain, and place leftover marinade in container to the side.
Cooking: Preheat grill to medium high. Place breasts on grill and reduce heat to medium. Arrange chicken on hot grill and cook, after 2 minutes place the lid down, and then lift every 2 minutes, turning pieces often and basting with remaining sauce.
Serving: Total cook time will vary from 7-10 minutes. Chicken will be ready when the juices run clear with the piercing of a knife into the thickest area of meat. It should not be pink. Serve hot off the grill!
